of Washington County Maryland who is without ANY medical care or assistance between the ages of 19-64 can be seen at the Community
Free Clinic.
We require a proof
of residency typically in the form of a housing lease or utility bill.
In order to utilize pharmaceutical assistance resources, a current tax return
or statement of non-filing is also necessary.*
*We do NOT offer care to patients based on employment status or income.
