state we are in, the Community Free Clinic has been forced to adjust, reevaluate and perform in many different ways. One way
is to offer an opportunity for potential donors to help the Community Free Clinic maintain our mission while providing something
of tangible value to the donor. After months of planning, applications
and approvals, we now offer Charitable Gift Annuities. Donors who participate in this beneficial opportunity 1) help
the Community Free Clinic continue to provide free medical care to the uninsured citizens of Washington County Maryland, 2)
can claim an immediate charitable gift tax deduction, and 3) receive a guaranteed income for life regardless of interest rates,
inflation or market performance. There are multiple ways to participate including options
for gifts, donors and beneficiaries. When investments performing in the current market are gaining little interest and the security of income from those investments is scarce, you can lock in higher rates now with the CFC Charitable Gift Annuity. Example, donors who are age 45 will receive 4.0% while donors who are age 75 receive 6.3%.
Volunteer!! We rely heavily on the generous time and service of our volunteers.
